This article contains a list of departments in SCPF: THETA, their structure, directors, and their divisions. It is in alphabetical order.
Department of Applied Forces
The Department of Applied Forces is in charge of the security of the Foundation. They work as the only combative team on-site and keep Class-Ds in order. Its subdivision, the Department of Task Forces, is a more elite division made up of four task forces; PSI-9 "Abyss Gazers", LAMBDA-5 "White Rabbits", TITAN-1 "Off the Rocks", BETA-1 "Cauterizers".

Department of External Affairs
The Department of External Affairs is responsible for the management of affiliations with Groups of Interest and other SCPF groups. The Department of External Affairs is also responsible for the hosting of Raids and Riots with hostile affiliates, and determining the outcome of these events.
