History
ARC-478 was founded on the 14th of August 2019, by ArchiTec_h. The group would go on to be passed onto Machitikos on the 1st of October 2020[1] with a new ROBLOX group being created. Little details are known about the history of ARC-478 in the lead-up of ownership being passed onto Machitikos.
Machitikos would go on to own the group up until the date of the 27th of November 2021. He would express his disinterest in continuing to own the group to Paralusuz in Direct Messages, offering the group, game and all of the members to Paralusuz, who would go on to accept the proposition.

The Site Administrator position is the highest authority within ARC-478. It holds control over all aspects of the administration. Within lore, though, they are only considered to have administration privileges over a specific region on the Earth.

The Site Directorate are a group of people within ARC-478 who individually oversee a department and it's operations.
Level-4
Level-4 personnel are the second in command of a department, assisting their respective director in the day-to-day operations of a department.
Level-3
Level-3 personnel are high ranking members of a department and senior members of ARC-478. These personnel manage nearly all members of their respective department.
Level-2
Level-2 personnel are more experienced personnel of ARC-478. They have passed the Level-2 application in the application terminals.
Level-1
Level-1 personnel are junior members of ARC-478. By passing the Level-1 application, they have official become a member of the Foundation. and may apply for a department.
Class-E
Class-E personnel are members of ARC-478 who have been sentenced by the Ethics Department to serve a Class-E sentence. As a Class-E, personnel are restricted to a small portion of the CDCZ known as the CECZ (Class-E Containment Zone).
Class-D
Class-D personnel are the lowest rank in ARC-478. They are primarily used as test subjects, and they may request medical checkups with a member of the Medicinal Department. Class-D personnel are housed in the Class-D Containment Zone (CDCZ).
