Daxrentha's Special Containment Procedures Foundation (also known as Pathos after it's game SCI - Pathos III) is a notable SCPF. It originally opened on 14 January 2020, but shutdown operations on 20 March 2022 following resignations in the senior ranks, then reopened on 15 October 2022.

Pathos' main game is SCI - Pathos III.

The Administrator is the most senior administrative individual in Pathos. They have ultimate control over the group, all assets, and responsible for overseeing all aspects and functions of the group and it's departments.

Chairperson of the Council

The Chairperson of the Council is the second-most senior administrative individual in Pathos. They are responsible for leading the Overseer Council, presiding over legislative affairs, and representing the Overseer Council and Foundation when necessary.

The Overseer Council (also referred to as the council, O5 Council, and Overwatch Command) is the most senior administrative body in Pathos. It has the power to make decisions collectively regarding almost anything and can only be overruled by The Administrator. With complete access to all information, the council oversees all Foundation operations and directs its long-term strategic plans.

The Elected Installation Director is elected in an election in which any member of the community can vote. Only individuals ranking Security Class 4 can stand. They serve a term — of which it's length is at the discretion of the Overseer Council. If they pass their term they are made an Overseer Councillor, if they do not pass, they return to their Security Class 4 position.

Technical

The Technical Installation Director is the director of the manufacturing department and Pathos' head of development. They are appointed by the overseer for the manufacturing department. The Technical Installation Director is not voted in by the community, unlike the Elected Installation Director.

Security Class 4

Security Class 4 is a position held by directors of a department. Security Class 4 personnel are responsible for leading departments and serving as the executive head of all departmental operations and internal affairs alongside the designated Overseer. Security Class 4 individuals are also responsible for managing and planning the long-term goals and plans of a department.

Security Class 3

Security Class 3 is position held by those who are second in command of a department, directly subordinate to it's director. Security Class 3 personnel are responsible for assisting the departmental director in their duties, and serving the department in an executive capacity. These individuals are responsible for leading a department alongside a Security Class 4 director.

Security Class 2

Security Class 2 is the general role for Foundation Personnel. Security Class 2 personnel are departmental employees who have passed an entry phase and internship, or departmental administration members assisting departmental command.

Security Class 1

Security Class 1 is the general role for intern Foundation Personnel. Security Class 1 personnel have typically passed their entry phase, and serving in an internship role within departments. They are permitted to join most departments, but still need to acquire the Security Class 2 role for departmental affairs.

Security Class 0

Security Class 0 is the entry rank for Foundation Personnel. Security Class 0 personnel are entrants in departments and serve the singular purpose to complete their departmental probationary phase. They are restricted from most areas of the installation until they become Security Class 1.

Class E

Class-E is a rank for Foundation Personnel who have been placed on suspension by the Ethics Committee.

Class D

Class-D is the base rank within the group. Class D personnel are test subjects at the disposal of the Foundation.

Most departments follow a regular standardized structure. Department members are split into two groups: command and personnel. Department command is further split up into multiple command teams, as shown in the table below.

Command Organization with Descriptions

Central Command: A Central Command team is the highest level of command within a department. It consists of the department director(s) and the overseer. The Central Command team is responsible for the most important levels of administration, such as the management of high command members and communicating with other departments.

High Command: A High Command team is the second-highest level of command within a department. It consists of the deputy director(s), which there are usually more than one, but rarely more than five. The High Command team is responsible for most of the department's administration and managing the lower command teams.

Medium Command: A Medium Command team is the lowest level of command in some departments. In combative departments it is usually considered a field command role, while in civil departments it is usually a leader of a team or a more administrative role.

Low/Junior Command: A Low (commonly referred to as Junior) Command team is present in some departments, mainly combative departments. The role of Junior Command in combative departments is usually the lowest field commander, or a training phase for field commanders.

Shutdown & Revival

On 20 March 2022, just one week after the previous council had all resigned on 12 March 2022 citing concerns with the group's leadership (including Daxrentha himself), Daxrentha announced that the group would be closing. Around 8 months later on 15 October 2022, in an unexpected move, Daxrentha announced that the group would be opening again, one day after Paragon's D-Day. This included a new council and many other major changes, including creating a new game.. The game re-opened on 11 June 2023, with a new game still reportedly in the works.

Removal of Aurentha & Resignation of Daxrentha

On 24 November 2023, Chairperson of the Council and O5-2 Aurentha announced that they would be resigning from the SCPF. Approximately 22 hours later (on 25 November 2023), Administrator Daxrentha issued a statement with brief context on the situation. The Genre Accountability Coalition, a small coalition of various SCPFs from the genre, also issued a statement explaining the situation, as well as numerous other SCPFs in the genre posting documents and sharing the coalition's statement.

On 2 December 2023, Daxrentha posted his resignation as O5-1 within the Overseer Council, however mentioned that he would remain as The Administrator in order to manage Council inductions, development on their own time, concerns on their own time, and payouts for staff.

All current members of the Overseer Council changed their designation and moved along the number count, with Chedleee assuming the position of O5-1, Mario102030405 assuming the position of O5-2, Fiiunky assuming the position of O5-3, and Deadshot167 assuming the position of O5-4.

On 27 March 2024, Chedlee posted that he is resigning from being 05-1 still keeping the rank of sc-2 leaving little notes in a doc for the other overseer and then the overseer moved one up with, Mario102030405 assuming the position of 05-1, Fiiunky assuming the position of 05-2, Deadshot167 assuming and Incast assuming the position of 05-4.
