Rovairo's Special Containment Procedures Foundation (formerly known as Eltork's & Foxxism's) is a notable SCPF, and one of the oldest still-active groups within the genre. The group was founded by Eltork, along with other members primarily from Boyed3's SCPF, the group's de facto predecessor.
