ARC-478 was founded on the 14th of August 2019, by ArchiTec_h. The group would go on to be passed onto Machitikos on the 1st of October 2020[1] with a new ROBLOX group being created. Little details are known about the history of ARC-478 in the lead-up of ownership being passed onto Machitikos.
Machitikos would go on to own the group up until the date of the 27th of November 2021. He would express his disinterest in continuing to own the group to Paralusuz in Direct Messages, offering the group, game and all of the members to Paralusuz, who would go on to accept the proposition.
