The Chairperson of the Council is the second-most senior individual in Pathos. They are responsible for leading the Overseer Council.
Overseer Council
For a list, see List of Overseer Councillors The Overseer Council (also referred to as the council and O5 Council) is the most senior body in Pathos. It has the power to make decisions collectively regarding almost anything and can only be overruled by The Administrator. With complete access to all information, the council oversees all Foundation operations and directs its long-term strategic plans.

Elected
The Elected Installation Director is elected in an election in which any member of the community can vote — only members ranking Security Class 4 can stand.
