The 12th O5 Head Election was held in December 2020 to elect the 16th O5 Head of Eltork's SCPF. Foxxism was determined to be the winner of the election, receiving 3 votes and was announced on 12 December 2020 by Eltork. Foxxism chose PapaJohn04 to be his Vice-Head.
