In order to become the '''Elected Site Director''', one must hold '''Level 4''' clearance and be in good standing within the foundation, one can then volunteer to be a candidate at the start of a new election cycle. Candidates start off by completing a project, the details of which are not known to the public, which is then graded by the '''Overwatch Command'''. Those deemed to have a sufficiently good project are allowed to progress to the '''Campaigning Phase''', where they will persuade the community that they should be their Site Director by explaining the changes they will bring about while holding the position of '''Elected Site Director'''.
