The Horizon Initiative (THI) is a Group of Interest owned by isaac3523. THI was founded by Administrator_Mr on 9 April 2019 to act as a group of interest for his SCPF in addition to it's Chaos Insurgency. Administrator_Mr transferred ownership of The Horizon Initiative to isaac3523 on 1 November 2021 following the shutdown of his SCPF.
Structure
Commander
The Commander is the most senior position within the Horizon Initiative's hierarchy. The commander is responsible for running the GOI. Prior to Adminstrator_Mr transferring ownership to isaac3523, the owner of the group appointed people to this position.
