History
Founding
The Foundation was originally founded by WillTrethewey_2014 (Now Xelling) around late 2017 and early 2018, where it had reached about 1.5k Members before being bought out by CreepySins in March of 2018.

The group has a long history with different types of divisions, departments, and more that have long since been decommissioned. Especially regarding ones of a classified nature. Some of these divisions being a Rapid Response Team, The Black Order (Led by LeSteelio), PHANTOM (Commissioned before CreepySins had taken power, during Xelling's reign.) and likely more.
