O5 Council

The O5 Council, also referred to as Overwatch Command, the Overseer Council, O5 Command, and various other titles, is a role within various SCPFs that functions as an oversight role for an entire Foundation under the (optional) direction of a Head of the O5 Council and/or an Administrator. Overseers, the role typically associated with members of the council, are responsible for oversight of a department within an SCPF.

Many other SCPFs have different variations, duties, and related affairs with their O5 Council role.
