The Horizon Initiative (THI) is a Group of Interest owned by isaac3523.

The Horizon Initiative was founded by Administrator_Mr on 9 April 2019 to act as a group of interest for his SCPF in addition to it's Chaos Insurgency.

Administrator_Mr transferred ownership of The Horizon Initiative to isaac3523 on 1 November 2021 following the shutdown of his SCPF.
