History
Founding
The Foundation was originally founded by WillTrethewey_2014 (Now Xelling) around late 2017 and early 2018, where it had reached about 1.5k Members before being bought out by CreepySins in March of 2018.
Divisional History
The group has a long history with different types of divisions, departments, and more that have long since been decommissioned. Especially regarding ones of a classified nature. Some of these divisions being a Rapid Response Team, The Black Order (Led by LeeSteelio), PHANTOM (Commissioned before CreepySins had taken power, during Xelling's reign.) and likely more.
