Head of the O5 Council

The Head of the O5 Council role, also referred to as O5 Head, Chairperson of the Council, O5-Executive (O5-X), and various other titles, is a role within various SCPFs that functions as a representative from an O5 Council to a Foundation, and many times, other groups and a delegate on foreign affairs. They typically help an Administrator with executive actions and duties.
Many other SCPFs have different variations, duties, and related affairs with their Head of the O5 Council role.
