Overlord172, also simply known as Overlord, is a former Director of the Mobile Task Forces. During their tenure, they have sparked controversies due to their behaviour and the Ethics Committee’s handling of him. After being permanently Class-E’d by the Council, they have gone rogue.

History

Overlord was a known member in CreepySins’ SCPF and has served in multiple departments[1]. At their peak, they were the Director of the Mobile Task Forces and held Level-5 clearance. They have also served in the Intelligence Agency until their permanent Class-E sentence. During their time, they have also served in the Department of External Affairs as a Diplomatic Agent, the Ethics Committee as a Senior Constituent, the Internal Security Department as Agent, and the Security Department as Corporal, amongst many other departments or divisions.

Back in 2021, they have been the Director of the Mobile Task Forces as well, but have resigned on the 8th January 2021 due to the January 7th incident. In the Ethics Committee, they were exiled and pseudo-blacklisted after an incident which is not entirely known to the public. However, Overlord172 has criticised Robin in his decision.

Overlord172 has shown a lot of disagreement with the Ethics Committee Overseer, Robin_Nox. This lead to Overlord172 accusing Robin of corruption and unsuitability for office. It is believed that this resentment follows from two appealed Class-E sentences which were requested by Robin, but have originated from the Ethics Committee. It is further believed that his exile and subsequent blacklist from the Ethics Committee also sparked these incidents. For the remainder of his time in the foundation, he has shown general disagreement and resentment to the Ethics Committee, saying that they were after him with the sole purpose to get rid of him. The Ethics Committee has not provided a statement to these accusations.

On the 20th August, Overlord172 was permanently Class-E’d after an incident with on-site, causing accusations of racism and harassment to arise[2]. The O5 Council motioned to permanently Class-E them, though the legal system of the foundation did not intend a permanent Class-E[3][4][5]. Due to their clearance, the O5 Council is not bound to law, with agreements and council consensus becoming pseudo-laws. Immediately after sentencing, Overlord did not show rage or attempts of appeal, but was rather in agreement with what has happened.

A couple days after his sentencing, Overlord has gone rogue for reasons not known to the public. Due to failure by foundation administration, they were still ranked “Director” in the Roblox group of the Mobile Task Forces. This has made him able to accept all pending join requests, and has supposedly ranked everyone to either “Deputy Director” or “Task Force Leader”. This sparked a foundation controversy, with the competence of the Internal Security Department’s and the Overseer of the Mobile Task Forces, Astravae’s, competence being questioned. This incident has lead to the O5 Council introducing the Removal Policy, which aimed to prevent similar situations.
