Foxxism's Special Containment Procedures Foundation (formerly known as Eltork's) is a notable SCPF.
Structure
The SCPF's level clearance structure is based off of, what it calls the RSM, also known as the Level Clearance Structure.[1] The RSM is the way that defines what level clearance a foundation member receives from the ranks they have earned in their departments. The clearances are explained below:
