Administrator_Mr's Special Containment Procedures Foundation was one of the most influential, active, and biggest ROBLOX groups dedicated to the SCPF genre. Its establishment happeneded around 2016-2017 with its peaking reaching at around 2020. At its height, it had over two hundred thousand groups with dozens of people participating in the game daily. Its success was met with downfall when the owner of the Foundation, also known as Administrator_MR, sold the group to a user by the name of Bearded, despite backlash and opposition from the community.
