Site-Delta has multiple departments that can be divided into 3 groups: Combative, Civil, and Intelligence. These groups define the field they specialize in. Any department that is no longer active will have behind their title in brackets text "Inactive." If the reason for their shutdown is publicly available or Site-Delta's administration allows the reason to be stated, then the department description will also include the reason.

The Administrator is in charge of the foundation. They hold the highest authority in Delta.

Overseer Head is responsible for oversight of Overseer Council members and ensuring that standards are kept high.

Development Head is in charge of the Manufacturing Department. They represent the Manufacturing Department in the Overseer Council.

O5 Council are heads of each department. They represent their respective departments in the Overseer Council and lead them.

Site Director is a position above Level-5 in the foundation. They are elected by the Overseer Council and are granted access to higher administrative command privileges.

Departmental Directorates are Assistant Directors and Directors of respective departments. They work together with their respective Overseer Council member and lead the department.

Administrative Staff are personnel ranking Administration Advisor or Administrative Advocate. Both ranks are chosen, not elected.

Foundation Personnel must achieve the rank of Assistant Director in any of the departments to become a member of the Administrative Department or must be chosen for Administrative Staff Positions.

Technical Overseer is in charge of the department and manages all aspects of the department.

Technical Directorates are responsible for the management of the Technical High Command, they also assist the Technical Overseer in overall management of the department

Technical High Command members are responsible for the management of the Technical Medium Command and the Technical Personnel.

Technical Medium Command members act as role models for lower ranking Technical Personnel. The Chief Engineer rank comes with higher authority over Senior Engineers as they have the right to approve or deny tests and protocols sent by all Technical Personnel.

Technical Personnel is made up of Engineers, and Interns. These ranks have fairly limited duties, but by achieving rank of Senior Engineer they can gain access to all Technical duties, but some may still require approval from higher authority. Engineers are also eligible to become Certified Trainer.

Only Foundation Personnel ranking Level-1 or higher may apply for the Engineering & Logistics Department.

The Judiciary Circuit is responsible for managing verdict appeals. This committee is composed of Local, District, Federal, and Supreme courts.

The Investigation Subcommittee is responsible for investigating in-coming reports. They compile evidence and file a report.

The Public Defense Subcommittee's purpose is to help anyone accused of breaking the Code of Ethics.

Ethics Overseer is in charge of the committee and its personnel. They represent the Overseer Council in the Ethics Committee.

Ethics Directorates are responsible for the overall management of the Ethics High Command and all Ethics Personnel.

Ethics High Command are heads of their respective subcommittees: Chief Justice - Judiciary Circuit, Chief of Investigation - Investigation Subcommittee, Managing Partner - Public Defense Subcommittee. They are in charge of their respective subcommittees.

Ethics Medium Command are deputies for their respective subcommittees and work closely with the head of their subcommittee. Associate Justice - Judiciary Circuit, Deputy Chief - Investigation Subcommittee, Law Associate - Public Defense Subcommittee.

Ethics Personnel comprises personnel from all subcommittees (Judiciary Circuit, Investigation Subcommittee, Public Defense Committee). You may also find personnel ranking Paralegal, they are members of the Ethics Committee who are still in training and are yet to choose subcommittees.

Contractor is a group of developers that are hired mostly for short period of time, but if they demonstrate their skills.

Intern rank is held by members of the Manufacturing Department who are yet to become fully-fledged members of it.

Foundation Personnel are handpicked by respective teams or development.

Medical Department

This Department has 3 branches of medicine, these branches and explanations may be found below.

The Radiology branch is staffed by Radiologists who have the privilege to use MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and X-Ray machines. They identify neural illnesses as well as fractures.

The Psychology branch is staffed by Psychologists who offer counseling sessions to Class-D or Foundation Personnel. They also test SCP's psychological impact on Class-D personnel.

Internal Medicine is staffed by Physicians who specialize in identifying personnel's illness and after examination they administer proper vials to help with the illness.

Medical Overseer is in charge of the department and ensures the smooth run of the Medical Department.

Medical Directorates are responsible for the management of the Medical High Command, they also assist the Medical Overseer in overall management.

Medical High Command members are responsible for the management of Medical Medium Command and Medical Personnel. The Chief of Medical Staff oversees Medical Assembly members. Cap for Medical Assembly members may fluctuate.

Medical Medium Command members act as role models for all Medical Personnel and receive Level-3 for achieving this rank. The Medical Coordinator has been disbanded and is no longer in use.

Medical Personnel is composed of Specialized, General, and Foreign. All of them conduct the usual medical duties they have access to. Doctors have a unique chance to become Radiologists, Psychologists, or Physicians.

Retired Doctor rank is reserved for former Medical High Command Members, they do not fall under General, Foreign, or Specialized Medical Personnel.

Only Foundation Personnel ranking Level-0 or higher may apply for the Medical Department.

Mobile Task Force

This Department has 4 active task forces, the explanation and purpose of each task force may be found below.

ALPHA-1 "RED RIGHT HAND" specializes in the protection of high-ranking members of the foundation, those are Site Directors, MTF Directorates, Intelligence Directorates and Overseer Council members.

ALPHA-9 | "LAST HOPE" specializes in the recontainment of all SCP objects or humanoids. They also have the right to use SCPs to their advantage, commonly used is SCP-006 "Fountain of Youth". This task force is a combination of Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters" and Beta-7 "Maz Hatters."

NU-7 "HAMMER DOWN" specializes in overwatch and management of Class-D personnel. They also suppress Class-D riots as well as defend the site from hostile forces.

EPSILON-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" specializes in the overwatch and recontainment of breached SCP objects or humanoids.

Task Force Officer Core comprises Sergeants and Officers. They are tasked with hosting events for Task Force Personnel. Each Task Force cap for Sergeants and Officers may vary. Also, be aware that some task forces have ranks named differently (Officer or Lieutenant).

Task Force Personnel are members of one of the four mentioned task forces. They carry out the duties of their respective task force.

Enlist rank is reserved for retired Task Force Personnel who made an impact and dedicated their time to the Mobile Task Force cause.

The Scientific Council Head overseer the council members who have assigned overseeing duties according to their numbers: SC-1 - Interns & Trained Researchers, SC-2 - Researchers, SC-3 - Advanced Researchers, SC-4 - Biohazard Researchers, SC-5 - Senior Researchers & Head Researchers. The Scientific Council Head is also responsible for maintaining Scientific Council activity. Scientific Analytics are responsible for checking and marking test logs from lower-ranking Scientific Personnel. The Scientific Analytic rank cap is 8, but there's only the amount of Scientific Analytics is decided by Scientific High Command.

Scientific Medium Command are Head Researchers, and Senior Researchers. Head Researchers and Senior Researchers may supervise Interns.

Scientific Personnel is made of Scientific Personnel, Specialized Scientific Personnel, Retired Scientific Personnel, and External Scientific Personnel. All of them carry out the usual Scientific Department duties, which primarily revolve around testing. The External Research program is no longer operating.

Retired Researcher rank is reserved for former Scientific Personnel personnel who ranked Scientific Analytic and higher.

Media Agency specialized in management of Site-Delta social media and advertisements. People who were members of this agency usually had experience with softwares meant for graphics design.

Ambassador Agency handled external relationships with Groups of Interest. They were representing Site-Delta to external groups.

Correctional Agency was responsible for enforcing contracts with Groups of Interest on-site.

RAISA Medium Command were experienced individuals from the Recordkeeping and Information Security Administration. They were given higher authority over lower-ranking personnel.

RAISA Field Personnel was comprised of RAISA Operative and RAISA Intern. While RAISA Interns were newly recruited Field Personnel, RAISA Operatives were members of RAISA Field Personnel who showed they knew how to conduct their duties properly.

The Technical Department was shutdown and merged with the Logistics Department to form the Engineering & Logistics Department on January 14, 2022 (CET time) by former Overseer Head 5Bones5. The reasons for merging with the Logistics Department were organizational, low activity in both departments, free-ranking. This caused the amount of Level-4 positions to drop.
