The 13th O5 Head Election was held in April 2021 to elect the 17th O5 Head of Eltork's SCPF. PapaJohn04 was determined to be the winner of the election, receiving all 5 votes due to no running opponent and was announced on 12 April 2021 by Eltork. PapaJohn04 chose IncendiaryLeaf to be his Vice-Head.
