The 3rd O5 Head Election was held in April 2017 to elect the 5th O5 Head of Eltork's SCPF. robloxguy500 was determined to be the winner of the election and announced on 9 April 2017 by Eltork. When Eltork publicly released election results on 12 April 2021, the records were deemed lost.
