The Department of Admissions is a department within CreepySins SCPF. It is an independent off-site department, and does not have a councillor. It is lead by the Admissions Coordinator, that is also serving as the Director of Admissions, though not officially a Director. The Department of Admissions is responsible for taking, processing and deciding on clearance applications for clearances Level-0 through Level-3.
History
The Department of Admission was admitted into foundation legislature on the 14th June 2021[1], marking the legal beginning of the Department. The Department was found during reforms to the clearance assignment system, as executives reading applications before proved to be too inefficient, leading to the DoA being created in hopes of speeding up and optimising the process.
Jacobcolton500, the Admissions Coordinator until the 22nd August 2024, has been relieved from office after multiple months of inactivity on both Roblox and Discord, with a failed attempt to establish contact by the O5 Head.
Structure
The group is structured into one directorate rank, one management rank, two employee ranks and one entry rank.

The Department releases applications on an irregular time schedule, with multiple months often passing between intake periods. Personnel holding Level-2 clearance or higher may consider to apply. The employees of the department take, read and decide on clearance applications on their own, though management or senior employees sometimes review the decisions, with management overruling a decision being documented.
Controversies
The Department of Admissions is not involved in controversies often due to their „side role“ in the foundation. However, at around the second quarter of 2024, distrust among the community has grown due to the consistent inactivity of the Admissions Coordinator, Jacob. They have been offline for months on both Discord and Roblox, with no signs of activity being shown. The reasons for their disappearance is not yet known, with multiple users worrying that something might have happened with them. On the 18th August 2024 the Overseer Head, Astravae, has released a statement with their intentions to keep this issue in mind and update the community in the foreseeable future.[3] An update was released on the 22nd August by Astravae saying that Jacob has been relieved from office[4].
