Overview

The UNGOC United Nations: Global Occult Coalition, is a Group of Interest owned by CosmicRelativity. The GOC was founded on August 6th 2020, as a faction group for the site it was originally hosted on: Site 35. With the name of the group previously being "[S35] Global Occult Coalition". Additionally the group ownership has been transferred by Logical_ly to CosmicRelativity following the shutdown of Site 35

As it goes with most groups that general consensus is that vital operations of the group are divided into several sections, with PNEUMA being utilised for enforcement, PSYCHE being utilised for diplomacy, PHYSICS being utilised for combat, and PTOLEMY being utilised for development. These four establish the basic functions of each aspect of the Global Occult Coalition.

PNEUMA

PNEUMA is on the forefront of all things associated to regulations, handling a variety of information due to this, they are able to enforce any given regulations as necessary within the Coalition.

PSYCHE

PYSCHE is on the forefront of all things related to diplomatic relations, and affairs. They handle with the many numerous relations that the Coalition has between other Groups of Interest, to SCP Foundations, serving as a form of public image for the rest of the Coalition. Being tasked with representing the coalition on a diplomatic level.

PHYSICS

PHYSICS is on the forefront of all things combative related, being comprised of numerous squadrons and forces, as well as units it has the largest amount of personnel, and has the equipment to back it up, having numerous teams although requires naming, and operational staff, therefore the following are official teams within PHYSICS.

PTOLEMY

PTOLEMY is on the forefront of all things development related, being primarily based in engineering and development for ROBLOX, and their associated site Camp Antares.

Expanded Ranks

Directorate

Being the top of rank hierarchy, these individuals are considered the "leaders", of the Global Occult Coalition, as it includes the: Secretary-General, Director, and Deputy Director. All of which have equal power in terms of operating the entirety of the Group of Interest. Each one helps appoint people, and develop for the group as necessary for it includes numerous aspects of the community.

SECRETARY-GENERAL

Group owner and general overseer of the Coalition.

DIRECTOR

2nd in command of the Coalition. Cannot be promoted further.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR

Right hand of the Coalition Director. May be promoted by the Secretary-General.

Nexus Command

One of the most important administrative bodies within the entirety of the group, the Nexus Command are comprised of the: Nexus Chairman and Nexus Command. With each position being necessary to operate the entirety of the Coalition, as each one represents, and directs each given branch of the Coalition which are: PNEUMA, PYSCHE, PHYSICS, and PTOLEMY.

NEXUS CHAIRMAN

Oversees the Nexus Command. May be promoted at the discretion of the Coalition Director or the Secretary-General.

NEXUS COMMAND

Reserved for division secretaries. Personnel may be promoted either at the discretion of the directorate or voted in.

Commissioned Officer

Commissioned Officers are the embodiment of leadership within the Coalition, demonstrating the abilities of a leader on the battlefield is an important task, and not everyone is qualified to lead, because of this many individuals are assigned to higher positions to handle with more administrative work, as well as leadership abilities in divisions, and squadrons. Each position has its purpose.

EXECUTIVE CABINET

Reserved for division directors. Personnel may be promoted upon confirmation to division secretary by the directorate.

MAJOR

Fourth and last Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted at the discretion of the Nexus Command or a person of higher rank.

COMMANDER

Third Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted at the discretion of the Executive Cabinet or a person of higher rank.

CAPTAIN

Second Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. It is mandatory to be in a division to stay at this rank. Personnel may be promoted at the discretion of the Executive Cabinet or a person of higher rank.

LIEUTENANT

First Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted at the discretion of a Major or a person of higher rank. Requires 1 week of rank seniority before being eligible for promotion.

Non-Commissioned Officer

The Non-Commissioned Officers of the group are also combined with the Junior Command, although there are more things associated with the command section, its comprised of four ranks, and each one handles their own aspect in terms of field leadership rather then internal administration. Each one is able to host events, trainings, and other associated materials as command.

WARRANT OFFICER

Third and final Non-Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 15 event logs.

SERGEANT

Second Non-Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 10 event logs.

CORPORAL

First Non-Commissioned Officer rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 5 event logs. Corporal is a trial period and newly promoted personnel have two weeks to rank up before being demoted back to enlisted.

Enlisted

The Enlisted staff of the Coalition is what makes up the majority of its ranks, from the combative operations, to the administrative operations, everything is handled by lower rank staff, as they're able to operate this group and all of its branches as mentioned previously, and ensure that operational normalcy is optimal.

ELITE OPERATIVE

Sixth and final enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 15 activity logs and co-hosting at least 2 events.

SPECIALIST

Fifth enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted after obtaining 15 activity logs.

SENIOR OPERATIVE

Fourth enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 13 activity logs.

OPERATIVE

Third enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel at this rank or higher can only be exiled upon reaching three strikes. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 8 activity logs.

TROOPER

Second enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel at this rank can be exiled upon reaching two strikes. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 5 activity logs.

ENLIST

First enlisted rank within GOC. Personnel at this rank can be exiled upon reaching two strikes. Personnel may be promoted upon obtaining 3 activity logs.
